The whole 'My Friend' thing with Assaidi was a bit Cringy, but one the whole he seems alright to me. I think we are only seeing selected parts. The rest of the time he could be a screaming nutcase.

Not going to base my footballing opinion on him based on this anyway.

One thing's for sure, Brendan's a well organised man and knows what he's trying to achieve and style of play he's going for... He comes across as very thorough, albeit a bit of 'creepy uncle' now and again.

BR aside, I'm just hoping the SG interview on Football Focus this weekend doesn't become repetitive..."We're only 6 games in, of course 4th is still our objective"... "We're only 7 games in...", "We're only 14 games in..." and we're still languishing in the bottom half of the table...struggling to take chances and beat teams we dominate.
