I think this result on its own confirms my total belief that we're going to take the league by storm next season. We was brilliant. We ripped them apart big style. They were almost hoisting that white flag at half time. It was one the most convincing home victories over chelsea in living memory. It should serve as proof that Kenny knows best and we are in safer hands than Jack Russell behind the wickets at Lords.

I missed the game due to a visit to the cinema and only saw the goals on SSN this morning. I can't believe they didn't mention more about Shelvey's finish. Open goal, but what a finish... Absolute class.

Nothing will come out of it and rightly so.

think that tells you a lot in terms of the press.

The **** they pedal to the public is ridiculous, anyone that didn't watch the game last night would think that we were very lucky to have got that result the clear facts are we battered them.

Those ratings must be a pisstake.

I'm not sure, if he saw it and decided it was neither a foul by Suarez, nor by Ivanovic in which case nothing can be done, or if he didn't see the incident and only dealt with the fall out after it (Ivanovic rolling around on the floor and the refusal to shake hands etc), which would mean either (or both could be punished)
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

I've long since suspected that people who write the match reports and give ratings for newspapers don't do so on the basis of the match, but just hand out values based on their own agenda.

Did they give the ratings on mistakes or something as there is no way Terry was an eight. Apart from falling over he was nutmegged three times and was owned by Carroll for the entire match.

I thought he had a good game for us.
