I'm going to be honest here, I haven't got a clue about Klopp.

Why are people raving about him?

His team plays at 100 miles per hour and they either defend or attack but they dont hold the ball for any length of time in midfield whatsoever.

Under him we will beat the **** teams but be eviscerated by the likes of city and utd until the players understand the system properly.

Very brave appointment imo.

It's one he'll of a risk to give the Liverpool job to Martinez. Yes he had a good second half of the season,and to let him have the Liverpool job based on that is ludicrous. Some of your statement is a bit,well over the top. Yes of ourse if he had been managing Barcelona for the last 5 years would be an excellent choice and would ave proved his worth (if he had in that dream succeeeed ) BUT he hasn't been at Barca he's been at Wigan, and only made them survive. I would hate him in charge, as I feel he would fail, and failure is something we can do without at the moment.

But how can you know? And under this logic, the only managers worth appointing are the ones who have managed at a huge club and few of those are available. What would Pep Guardiola have done at Wigan with their players? "only made them survive" is my guess... Its WIGAN. No manager walks in there given their financial limitations and turns them into world beaters. Big clubs have money to buy the best players and managers look great because they have great players. The car analogy is to say-- sometimes the tools you're given set the limits of your capabilities. With great tools, perhaps he could be great? It's a risk, but any new manager is a risk. Even Kenny failed with our players and his CV is insane. Perhaps the limitations of his employer are not the parameters of his ability ?

I like klopp. In germany they call his philosophy kloppometry or something like that but its a big call for me.

I think his system is suited for league matches but not necessarily european competitions where all our attack is another word for suicide.
