Like Blanc a lot and he'd be one of my top choices, but I know there are a lot of supporters who simply couldn't process Kenny getting sacked and then hiring someone who played for the Mancs.

Because I don't think either Rafa or Klopp are all that realistic, count me in for AVB. Made some mistakes at Chelsea but had no support; the talent is obvious, he'll have learned from that disaster, can attract European talent, and best of all he'll have a chip on his shoulder.

I'd take Blanc ahead of Rafa, so don't count my vote. I think we need a clean break. **** all that ****.

AVB lacks experience and probably needs someone beside him.

Martinez will get shredded by the fans just as Hodgson did. We are way too big a club for him just yet. Collymore's called it right. Whether people like it or not we are one of Europe's elite and that requires a top manager.
I have one word to offer - honesty. I couldn't be devious if I tried. Joe Fagan.

My top two options are completely unviable.

Sadly I can't see Rafa coming back.

My second choice would be Capello but he's too old.

Realistically I haven't a ****ing clue. Real reservations about Martinez and the like. Not convinced by AVB either.

I agree with this but I don't recall us being linked with any heavyweights prior to Woy being appointed.

Edit - IIRC I was abroad at the time so may have missed out on all the gossip that pre-empted his arrival. However I did have the opportunity to see Sky news on occasions and I really can't recall them mentioning any managerial powerhouses begging to be given the job.

I voted someone else because I don't think Klopp is anywhere close to a realistic target.

Nobody else on the list interests me except AVB perhaps if he got the time needed.

My prefered candidate right now, although I don't think he is on the shortlist is Rudi Garcia to build long term.
