Seems so mate, almost certain he's a non-starter given Ayre's comments about managers who want too much control and the new structure where we are essentially looking for a coach and not a manager. Rafa doesn't meet that criteria at all sadly

Realistically though, he probably appreciates the fact he's got no chance of getting the job, and doesn't want to upset the applecart he has build over the last couple years at Swansea.
