Also to add would the fans have preferred FSG made no sackings and kept the manager they inherited?
    One tit for another.

Positives: They've removed the debt, They've spent £100m on transfers, they're improving our worldwide marketing (this was already underway though), they plan on improving Anfield or building a new stadium

Negatives: They've spent £35m net to get us back to the top against sides with £300m squads, we're about to have our 3rd manager under their ownership, they've sacked everyone else at the club it seems, they seem to be looking at flavour of the month managers, we're no nearer a new stadium than we were under G&H

Its a few years in now, and I don't know about you, but I'm very much undecided on them.
Not being able to compete with City's spending, sacking Roy and bringing back Kenny are all negatives. Fair enough, come back G+H.

They should interview some journalists for the job as they seem to know everything about everything when it comes to managing any football team. Doesn't matter which one, lower league, internationals - they're the men.

It would be hilarious to see what happened to someone like Olly Holt in charge of any team.

I hear Craig's been interviewed on account of his ability to unite the fanbase.

I know people are upset about Dalglish, but objectively you can also see why they have made that descision. They want the club to be a success.

His sacking might look far worse in light of who is next appointed though.

I think only time will tell that, no what matter what I expect a better league season and better activity in the transfer market. These are the things that did for Kenny.

This whole affair is hardly ideal from a Liverpool FC point of view, but from a selfish perspective I have to say it's making these football-less days in work go far more quickly!

It's nice to have something to discuss that mainly doesn't involve ill-informed judgements about someone else's actions or what's going through someone else's mind or what could happen in a fantasy world built on baseless guesses about finances, with a real prospect of new facts coming to light through the media.
                          .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

You don't go getting expert opinion and then appoint Martinez without good reason.

Something has been worked out here. And I think some key players are keeping schtum.

I honestly think FSG have purposely created a lot of the rumours themselves, via various sources, to keep the press & fans off the the scent of the real target.
