Word has it, AVB has already been scouting about in Brazil in anticipation for his next job.

Its gonna be mighty hard for the new manager whoever it is as i doubt they will be in a position to target people until after the euros in which case alot of their shortlist could already have agreed transfers with other clubs or seen their value sky rocket on the back of being in form for 6 or 7 very important games.

Depends on the model, it certainly sounds like a DoF/GM is helping with these interviews or at least selection of potential candidates and so recruitment could go on regardless of who's in charge. Waiting until after the Euros is suicide.

I have no idea how it works and it'd be interesting to see an English club implement such a system - that's clearly why Burgerstain is being talked up so much. Barca use that system to such good effect that he would be a fantastic appointment to see such a thing come in.
