You do realize that one of the people that have sacked Rafa in the first place was recently promoted and given a new contract by FSG?

Ayres is an idiot who's only previous football experience was as CEO of huddersfield which was a disaster.

As i said i'd like to wait and see who comes in and who goes out before i start making pretty strong comments like that.

We are a long way off 4th place with our current squad. Lucas back will be great, although who knows how he will be after such a bad injury. Aqua...well to be honest never my cup of tea anyways, the whole saga bores me.

IMO we have to be realistic, i don't think we can attract the type of players that City,United,Arsenal & Chelsea can. They are already a distance ahead of us, and that is without the marquee signings that all of these clubs can attract with champs league football e.g. Hazard They will strengthen... and then some.

Personally i'll wait to see how Lucas progresses pre season, who is sold & what players Rogers brings in.

Kenny spent a ton of cash and ended up with a team that played worse than the way he had the team playing in the second half of the previous season. In his first full season with his own players he actually took us backwards.

I'd have given him time to coach the players but I'd not have trusted him to spend a penny had I been an owner and if you don't trust your manager with cash in a rebuilding process then you're ****ed.

Hard to see but the more I think about it the more I feeling the parting of the ways was right
A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

He was Commercial Director at the time. You think he was the prime mover?

Actually, yeah, thinking about it now, you're right, he probably was. I can't believe I couldn't see it before.
                      .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

You said the return was the same. You admit it isn't.

Well, unless FSG dig deep into their own pockets and make a serious outside investment into the squad, the gap between LFC and the top 5 clubs will only get bigger ... Anything under £50-60 million NET investment this summer will be taking the piss from FSG ...

Will be even better if he gets to work under LVG. If we do get LVG ad rodgers it will be exciting too see what happens.
