There are plenty of managers in this world, who are doing a fantastic job of managing people a lot older than themselves..

More often than not, I've seen it cause problems. I'm obviously not involved in football though. It's probably less of an issue there since these players are at most in their mid to late 30s and not in their 50s or 60s and having to deal with some upstart 30 year old they don't feel has earned their place.

I voted for Martinez. There's something about him I like. I could never see AVB crying at
A Hillsborough memorial - he'll see LFC as a stepping stone. Martinez just seems hungrier, he's lived in the North West, doesn't seem to come with any big ego and the Wigan players love him.

I voted for Martinez because he's a realistic candidate, I think we're going to get him anyway and I would be quite happy for him to be our manager.
