I am Scottish who lives in London but goes to uni in Brum and I am on a placement so back in the Ldn. I am the one that only posts quality on the site lol.I think it's a foul, and if the ref gives it. He got to give a penalty. I know it's outside the box, but you see them given that close to the area. So if the ref gives it he's got to give the penalty as it so close to the area. But I think it's a penalty. The only Time Rafa's agent makes serious money is when Rafa moves clubs, more than a hint of self interest here methinksLawrenson:"Well thats 3 good chances they have had in the first 3 minutes of this half"
Motson:"" Yes Mark, you could almost say that they have had 3 chances in as many minutes"
Lawrenson: Errr I thought I just did say that, John"

Very true mate.Originally posted by IcemanThe only Time Rafa's agent makes serious money is when Rafa moves clubs, more than a hint of self interest here methinks
Also, we all know how Rafa hates this type of behaviour from agents, he has said it a few times since his arrival, not about himself, but about agents and players and the grip agents have on the game for their own gain. If these recent comments did actually come from Rafa's agent (wouldn't be supprised if they were fabricated given what newspaper they came from) and Rafa didn't authorise him to say them, i'd be very supprised if he remained as Rafa's agent. If Rafa says nothing about his agent and things continue as they are, I think there may be something in it.Last edited by bazza76; 09-11-06, 09:55 PM.Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'
"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

Second time this has happened now, wouldn't like to see the manager trying that so often. Would have thought despite all of our financial difficulties we were one of the top three spending teams anyway.Originally posted by Red_Al_77Possibly a polite reminder to the board to back their manager for January transfer window.Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
