I can't recall a reserves game against manure where we haven't been shown a red. Probably the same for other teams that face manure too. No wonder manure kids are cr*p, they're hardly getting challenged.

We took off Wisdom and Shelvey on the 60 min mark as they're first teamers and Brendan ensured this happened. Otherwise we would have been good enough to go on and score the second goal.

Liverpool U21s will take on Manchester United in the Barclays U21 play-off semi-final at Old Trafford on Tuesday, May 14.

Kick-off will be at 7pm BST and it is a one-off tie that has to be decided on the night with extra-time and penalties if necessary.

The game will also be shown live on LFC TV and LFC TV Online.
