Glad to see judge has dismissed despicable attempt by Police Fed to delay new Hillsborough inquests by up to three years
@DebiMcMillan96 Great news on #hillsborough inquest NOT being delayed. "Early 2014" is timeframe given.

Some saying though that officers may not give evidence then as don't want to incriminate themselves in criminal proceedings

The IPCC has clarified that organisations "resisting disclosure" of documents are concerned about legal issues, not opposing the process.

Could hardly be a greater contrast between last Hillsborough pre-inquest hearing and this, in a hushed room where over 100 present #lfc

Interesting to learn from the IPCC update on the Hillsborough investigation that certain companies and individuals "resistant to disclosure"

Anne Williams is a real inspiration and it is great to see that LFC will hold a minute of silence in her memory on Sunday.

I have just been reading again about Anne's tenacity and refusal to give up. I feel truly in awe of her and the others who fought so long. But yet I feel inspired, proud and privileged to even have the slightest level of insight into what they stood for and what they achieved. People really can be amazing.

    RIP YNWA

Was on the news just now. She said something very similar to what my Uncle did to me when I was little at my cousins funeral - he was only 19 & had died in a car crash. Such courage & sentiment brings tears to the eyes.

    RIP.
