Just watched the build up to Utd's 2nd goal again and I have no idea what Agger is doing.

In commentary they suggested it was Suso's fault for playing the ball into him under pressure but Agger tries some sort of back heel and misses it when he could pop an easy ball into Henderson who is in front of him.

Agger and that back heel was at fault. As soon as he did that i knew they would go down the other end and get a goal. It just seems that every mistake is being punished with goals.

One bad desicion from the ref and 2 of our players get injured because every player is working harder and stretching to make important challenges that they would not have to. The refs really do need TV tech to make desicions that are so important due to the amount of money invested in the football business. Sports such as rugby, who became professional much more recently have embraced tv replays and 'most' desicions get called correctly and ref desicions are not the talking points after the game. It as to change and might also go some way to cut out the cheating that goes on.

Not sure if it was mentioned in the match thread but obviously we conceded with the first shot on target again, and ended up the game with 2 shots on target conceded and 2 goals conceded. I know Pepe couldn't do anything about the first but the fact we're so easy to score against is arguably our biggest problem. We've conceded 10 goals in 5 league games, including shipping 6 in 3 home games.

That's what is getting on my tits, Shaggy. People just take a pop at our goal and bang, it's in whereas we try forever and it just doesn't go in

It's not to do with this game, but I can't remember the last time Reina saved a shot I didn't expect him to.

Yeah our defence is a right worry at the moment.

Teams don't need many chances to score against us, and with us struggling to score then the inevitable will always happen.

On paper we've a good defence but we're just making too many costly mistakes.

We need to bring in another quality keeper to put pressure on Riena.

We have so many greater priorities though that it's impossible to see us being able to bring in a quality keeper.

Friedle would put big pressure on him IMO if we could get him from spurs if as expected Loris becomes the number 1

Must say I thought taking Sterling off was a bad decision.

yeah, he'd been a good outlet for us during the game and caused them all sorts of problems.

Guess we've got to try and put this behind us now but hard to feel anything other than we've been robbed

My Manc mate text me saying 'Thank **** for that Evra might get a rest now' when Sterling was taken off.

They were **** scared of him.

One more established striker and one more winger (provided Downing and Cole are out).

What else do you have in mind?

I too thought that it was a bit too early but they were outnumbering us in midfield after they scored their goal and I thought something had to be changed.
