Too rightOriginally posted by Captain Stu View PostWithout wanting to bang the "conspiracy theory" drum (because it's quite sad) I really, really don't get how ANYONE can be more bothered about a dive than a stamp on someone's chest.
One is embarrassing for the player involved and leads him to be ridiculed and held up as a fanny... the other is really ****ing dangerous and could seriously injure someone.
Priorities?

Lol, calling that stamp accidental is blatantly absurd.Originally posted by Shaggy View Post

Yup, he did and they're mates. I know its the daily fail but... "close friends"Originally posted by The_weatherman View PostThey are connected, when Peterboro fired Darren, Pulis recalled his players as well, I think I read that somewhere fairly recently.
I could not dig, I dared not rob:
Therefore I lied to please the mob.
Now all my lies are proved untrue
And I must face the men I slew.
What tale shall serve me here among
Mine angry and defrauded young?

Is there not a ethics code, or rules of etiquette or something as part of the LMA or the Players Union? Surely an organisation like these should have guidelines as to how managers and players behave towards each others and fans?Originally posted by Shaggy View PostThat's true.
Every public institution worth it's salt has them and many big private companies. I think it would be an improvement, i.e. a manager does not let personal affairs interfere with playing staff or something like that. A manager does not use personal associations to his own gain blah blah blah.
This game stinks so much, it's corrupt and broken and nobody can do anything about it by the looks of things.* The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.
