          What a ball that was by Downing. Absolutely nailed it. He was good last week and has been decent today too. Very odd!
          A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

              johnson stepped out to intercept really well there, then lost it, then ran back to make the tackle.
              great to see effort all around the pitch.

                              It still says a lot about how good his career with us has been though when his purple patch is made up with a decent match in a defeat against villa and an assist against Fulham
