Nope he won't be sold, too valuable to us and *touch wood* his fitness is holding up.

Interestingly he was quoted as saying that 'you need to put your body on the line'... Possibly a change in attitude? On that would impress Klopp no doubt.

Totally agree - need to see it more I think

Reminded me of Jerry Maguire when Cuba has his wake up moment with the fans...

Just not a Jurgen Klopp kind of player. Think he'll be sold in the summer.

Not necessarily, if he converts to the Klopp way then no chance he will be sold. Guess it's up to himself whether he stays or goes, whatever he's done in the past is irrelevant, Klopp doesn't care for reputations, he wants players that buy in to his methods 120%. If Sturridge wants to stay, he'll have to change his style, he certainly has the ability to do so.

I think the club will be letting others know he's available for the right price. If a foreign club offer £40m+, I think he'll be gone.

Obviously hope he stays, but I'll be surprised if he does and if we do sell him I hope it's sorted before he gets injured at the Euro's.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

I'll give him his dues because he was excellent last night. We all know he can score and that was never in doubt. It was his relentless pressing and swapping of positions last night that I liked because that's what will keep him in Klopps good books.

Most important goal of his time with us - his celebration said it all, it meant a lot to him (and us obviously!)

No way should we be looking to sell him in the summer - keep him fit and we finish top 4 at least.

I'd like to keep him, but I honestly think he'll have his hands full defending his place against Origi, I think that bloke his going to be a superstar. He has everything.

Selling would be madness, theres not enough quality out there to replace him and while we might find one, we often do, I'd rather not take the risk. Look at the mess Utd have made of replacing Persie, us Suarez, Arsenal are still playing fella's from the dog n duck upfront etc etc. And you've got all them clubs looking again this summer potentially and maybe Chelsea, probably Real Madrid given Benzema's injuries/legal trouble, City as they have no depth and as great as Aguero is he's a crock and getting lazier by the season. Juve if they lose Morata. **** that. We dont need the cash, especially as we'll be in the CL next season. He stays.

I think it would be INCREDIBLY short sighted to sell Sturridge off the back of a few good performances from Origi. Yes, he's started well but selling a proven striker based off the potential of another striker is suicidal IMO.

Origi could turn out to be a world class talent or another N'Gog...we just need to be very careful.

I think the issue here will be if Sturridge is prepared to sit out games during the season when he is fit as Klopp will want to play with a different type of forward.

Everyone would want to keep him due to his ability and goalscoring threat but if he won't accept those terms he will push for a move and probably end up at Spurs or Arsenal.

We look so much better with Sturridge playing for me , ball sticks to him like glue,

The main issue will be what he wants to do
