Believing in your ability on the pitch & being a bit cocky is something completely different & most talented players have that in fact they need that to push themselves to develop even further; if he's got that I've no issues at all.

You ask too much.

I saw the goals from a Crewe match the other day. The players smiled when they scored and then did exactly that you say. No histrionics, no hyperbole, no fuss. It was really refreshing.

And none of this stupid not celebrating out of respect to a former club crap too. If you don't normally go OTT with your celebrations, there's no need to go to the other extreme either.

But it won't happen.
