    He was excellent today when he came on.

    Looked sharp and his movement and passing was spot on.

    Should get a run from now until the end of the season through the middle with the likely ban for Suarez coming.

      It's worth noting that two of his better performances have come against former clubs were he has something to prove: both today against Chelsea and earlier in the season against Man City he has looked a different player, I wish we could get him playing like that every week.

            Sturridge is a fantastic player, potentially world class if he can find season long consistency. Loads of experience and still only 23.

              I think Sturridge has everything, he is a fantastic player. His quick feet on the touch line was awesome.

                  I was expecting a kick and rush, no technique, brains, normal English forward so anything above and beyond that is a bonus for me.

                          I think we have seen some amazing assists this season, the one from Dani Alves to Messi stands out, but the Suarez pass to Sturridge will take some topping IMO. What a first time pass..
