What a performance, that's got me really excited watching that clip.

Dare I say it, but a John Barnes type of performance today.

Based on what we've seen so far, when he's bad he's terrible and his intermittent greediness can be infuriating - but when he's good he's ****ing electric. Searing pace - quicker than I'd thought - can spot a pass (sometimes ), beats people and scores goals. I honestly don't think there's a better English striker around and yet he can get so much better. Him and Coutinho for £20m was ****ing great business for once. So refreshing.

Great having a player who's so easy running with the ball at pace. He's imaginative and has brilliant shooting technique too.

Yeah he can be infuriating, but what a steal - I doubt that anyone knew he could be this good.

It's difficult - Coutinho is clearly best as a pure no.10. IMO we have to keep him there as often as possible. Then we've got to shoehorn Sturridge and Suarez into the same side. I'd go Sturridge through the middle and Luis as a nominal inside left forward, but they are interchangeable. If we could get a wide forward to upgrade big time on Downing then our attack is going to be awesome.
