Thanjk you.

That won't help you on judgement day. The big problem is to pick the right God to believe in, there are so many to choose. Must be a bummer to have devoted your whole life to a god and the discover it was a fake one when you die. Straight to hell you go.
Sturrige, on the other hand, I don' t have many thoughts about. But he looks like a bargain.
Daniel Sturridge is about the same age now as Torres was when Rafa signed him.
Imagine the glee and hubris about how amazing Torres was going to be for LFC if he had scored the goals against Aston Villa and Crystal Palace in his first full season with LFC - and indeed if Daniel's scoring record was his (I know Torres's was amazing, probably slightly better but still...)
Given that LFC has been reported as being last chance saloon for Dan (unfairly perceived failures at Chelsea and City) and the opportunity he's been given to play regularly (which might result in a higher degree of loyalty from the player) and ALSO given that Torres was in CBA mode for at least the last year he was at LFC - does anyone think that Sturridge is going to eclipse Torres in terms of legacy and affection?
Another factor is that the club is in a far healthier and more stable state than it was during the Torres era...
Its predictions I'm after, not tearing my post to pieces with semantic forensics.
Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."
Always, keep your face to the sun, and shadows will fall behind you.
So using these numbers, Torres had 0.69 goals per game at that point and Sturridge has 0.76
We have to keep our (and his) feet to te ground though, he's yet to complete a full season for us, but things couldn't be better so far.
How many assists does Daniel have as well though?
Edit: That's five assists in the league as well.
That'll probably increase now Luis is back too. Also, his mobility and running creates space as well. The front three with Luis and Coutinho is so dynamic - they're brilliant footballers, all three of them. Moses is also a brilliant option too.
This is so much better than the Andy Carroll days. Its also potentially better than the Torres days, in that the only option available was N'gog. The front line is so much more adaptable now.
Pity about the midfield misfiring just now, but I still think thios team is a work in progress.
The variety of goals he scores as well is trenendous. Solo runs, long range, poached 6 yarders... He's excellent.
I think he's on his way to being rated as good as anything lfc have had.
He's passed all tests with us so far. I guess the only one left is how he returns after an inevitable barren spell, and obviously how he contributes during.
