I don't know why I haven't posted in this thread yet, Sturridge is absolute class. When we initially signed him I was a bit concerned that he'd have a bad attitude, but aside from the fact that he's a superb striker he seems like a really nice lad too. He had an opportunity and he's taken it, I think he's fantastic. It's nice to see someone working hard and enjoying playing football, I wish there were more like him.

His Attitude and work ethic were mentioned as 2 big concerns but so far he has been excellent in those areas and in every other way.
