But i dont think any team has ever finished a PL season with they're players occupying 1st & 2nd in the goalscoring charts.

Why did the ****er write it though? Why would he want to annoy a player he'll probably be cheering in a few months time and is key to any hope England have of having any success in Brazil?
That's what shocked me! Just such a weird thing to get published in a newspaper. You can smell the desperation

      Hello? Hello?
I saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"

Oh yeah he'll definitely still be in the goals, just don't think he'll be as prolific as he was when he was up front on his own. Great that they both share the load. Two of the best strikers out there at the moment and we have both

Neither of those partnerships have done it in the league, Cole and Beardsley for Newcastle in 93-94 are the only partnership to have done it (in a 42 game season).

Chelsea had Drogba and Lampard with more than 20 in the 2009-10 season
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Well we still have 12 games to go, let's see if can have one 30 goals and one on 25 goals. No, I'm not greedy at all.

So I guess he's human after all.

He was due an average game.

Happens to every striker once in a while. The third one he should have hit first time but it is what it is.

I'm sure he'll be burying goals again next game.

He was obviously disappointed after the final whistle. You'd think he realised how the chances he missed might have put us through to the next round. I'm sure he'll be all over making amends in the next match.

Entitled to a day like today. Just shows how good he is that we all expected him to dance around the keeper and slot those chances in and are shocked when he doesn't.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Love the fact that it hurts so much for a pro to lose. That passion plus the talent he has will keep propelling him on. A fantastic footballer and delighted he's playing for us.
