We lose this game last year, mainly because we didn't have that sort of quality on the bench, and having so means we can make productive changes.

I think the level we are operating at on the pitch is a massive step up from where we were last season, when we managed 4th and got to the CL final with a threadbare squad. It is all massively exciting.

It is absolutely ridiculous. As exciting as Naby is, he rocks up and immediately gets a couple of songs for doing **** all. Wonder what Sturridge thinks of it all.

I've watched that goal so many times.

Its mesmerising.

Literally the only person in the ground that saw that shot was on is Sturridge. He even looks up and spies the 'gap' just before he gets the ball, which makes it even more incredible.

Takes ball, sorts out his feet... Then...

Then the pace on the shot, its not a hopeful lob or punt, its got teeth.

Amazing.
