Well done Mansfield... Gave their all. We won and handball headlines will be forgotten about. Suarez is never far from the headlines it's almost comical.

Seriously though Joe Allen cannot be a starter for us. And imo suso and shelvey not ready for first team yet. Need players that can effect our first 11.

Not fan of Henderson but 100 percent have him ahead of Allen. In truth we need much better than both

These games go one of two ways either a tight game or a hammering, with the way we started I was hoping for the latter, but it didn't work out that way, and ended up being a tight game.

Re the Suarez goal, I think it was accidental or instinctive, either way not deliberate, but because it's Suarez people won't look at it logically and he'll get more **** from the press/pundits/other fans.

Instinctive for me alright.............still handball though, and they are the type I'd like to see footballers admit to doing right away after the moment, even if its ultimately up to the ref to blow up for.
Some bloody hope of that happening I know, but a small sound-bite from Suarez wouldn't go amiss (although that can also drag out a bit of controversy if the daggers are out for him)

Based on watching the game Downing is coward and was the cause of the goal and Joe Allen could not hold up the ball he needs to toughen up or leave
