I would be surprised if Henderson doesn't start as we'll need his energy and enthusiasm.

I also expect Downing to play with Suarez and Sturridge as I think BR will want him to hold the wide-left position whilst Johnson bombs-on inside and LS and DS interchange. Sterling will be a good option from the bench as I doubt Sturridge will last the full game.

Am not looking forward to it and to be honest, United will score.
      Are we winning?

Double whammy for you this week then given last nights result.

Agreed, even Sturridge himself admitted he was tired after Mansfield so I'd be surprised if he started.

The match at Anfield earlier in the season is the perfect embodiment of why I hate this fixture more than any other. All the textbook things that could have happened to reinforce my dislike ended up happening. A player dubiously sent off, us scoring first to give the supporters a false sense of hope, playing better than them the entire match, and then losing due to another dubious penalty decision. It's compounded by the fact that United are so often **** yet they still manage to pull off results and continue to be the most successful team in England.

Not going to pretend like there isn't genuine bitterness, because there is. I always, always dread this fixture. I've already told all of my friends who might be watching not to text me, call me, or try to contact me during the match because I'll definitely be an irritable ball of nerves and I don't want to lose my temper or be unnecessarily defensive with any of them One of my mates who supports United wants to watch together but I'm tempted not to even watch at all. I missed the QPR and Stoke matches because I was unable to see them, but I'm electing not to watch this one.

All a bit dramatic haha. Oh well.

Henderson has been better than decent. I'm not saying he's stood out, but IMO when he plays well, he allows others to stand out and play well. High energy and high work rate has always been there, but to me at least, it now seems he's putting it to good use as opposed to running around like a headless chicken.
                      Forwards.......

i hate having manc supporting mates, who for the most part, and when football issues aren't relevant, are decent people, but when it comes to anything scum related they all turn into dickheads

There is a simple solution. I have no manc supporting mates.
