good look reading that......I read a few pages, they don'r rate us at all, some tosspots saying he only stands out as he is playing for a mid table premier league team , no presuure

His through balls are absolutely devastating. We've lacked this type of player for many years IMO, he can slice a defence open in one pass time and time again. I think him and Sturridge are going to destroy Everton on Sunday personally.

We have had Gerrard doing that for years untill he got injured and moved further back the on the pitch. It's only the last couple of seasons we've missed that.

But as you say, we have missed someone with his creativity and precision the first half of this season, and we've missed some more decent finishers, which is something that's now adressed.

Gerrard is nowhere near as good at threading a through ball as Coutinho is IMO. Not even close. That scooped pass that Phil did the other day was just inspired, and he does it time and time again. He's a natural at it.

Already as good as Silva and he will only get better.
