It is reality we need to get use to.

It is not unusual that he, likes most South American players, would like to play for a big club there some day if they come for him.

He is a real £50m player too. Players come and go and its the job of the boss to find a replacement before the star moves on. That's the key to success

We would have a chance to keep our best players if we played in the CL every year and had a manager that won many trophies and because of that would be the boss.

The egos in the squad would simply have to accept him.

That is why I have been so about FSG. I don't really know why they picked a rookie manager when it comes down to being manager of a top club.

Would Suarez be a Liverpool player next season if we would have had someone like Van Gaal or Rafa as manager? Impossible to answer but it would IMO been a much bigger chance.

Rodgers may in a few years time be a very very respected manager but he isn't that now.

Playing in CL and competing for top honours on regular basis could potentially keep Suarez around but having Van Gaal or Rafa as a managers imo wouldn't make difference a little bit.

Top players want to play for top teams and if you are not one it doesn't matter who is a manager.

                      is the truth.

United sold Ronaldo for 80m so every player has a price and most clubs are sellers. The trick is to use the money wisely to reinvent your philosophies as mourinho proved when he broke barcas monopoly last year.

No matter how good you think you are, teams will always find a way negate your strengths and counter your weaknesses. So its no bad thing to shake things up from time to time.

I'm looking forward to a team of tricky little nutters that chase everything and are blistering all over the park. If the "Cout" is the magician in the middle then happy days.

Coutinho reminds me of Zico. Great vision, poise, balance and an eye for goal. A pleasure to watch and only 20 years old.

He'll be an amazing player. Hope we keep him for a long time as he'll be the talisman to lead us forward once Stevie retires.
