True, but Keita is (apparently!) regarded as being an absolutely special case. I haven't seen anyone suggest there is another player like him on the planet. Which admittedly strikes me as a little unlikely, but still

£70m for an outside forward is insane. He'd need to be one of the best in the world at that price and he isn't starting in place of Mane or Salah
