Thanjk you.

We all knew this would happen deep down. What a terrible transfer window this has turned out to be. **** it anyway as there are more important things to celebrate like the Western Union deal.
You've all been here a long time and been through a few windows, we should have the thousand yard stare by now, we've seen some **** maaan.
Don't take these public statements at face value. We need to keep VVD and Keita motivated to move, saying we've really given up and are now chasing other targets doesn't help with that. Having just (possibly) ****ed up the VVD transfer is Klopp supposed to name individually all the other players he's trying to sign, possibly drawing in competition and pissing off selling clubs further?
Read between the lines, not the lines. They're booby-trapped.

Haha well to be fair, I can't fault their stance on VVD.
Barca have had a long dominant spell, clubs can't get on their level or usurp them if they continue to give in to them or accept that is over as soon as they show interest.
If a club has serious ambition it must change the perception of itself with its actions. If a club starts winning a lot in 10-15 years, LFC or indeed any of the other big English teams could become the pinnacle of a future players career rather than being perceived to be a step or two under Barca or Madrid.
Otherwise the situation stays the same. it will be boring if the game stays at a status quo of Barca Bayern and Madrid dominating.
For Southampton it's the same but just on a different level, can't blame them for hoping for better than a 7-10th place team.
the worst thing about this is southampton can just say its good enough for liverpool to refuse a tranny request so then so will we...
this has kicked us right in the bollocks, not just over phil but also virgil.
Yup and same with Leipzig. This saga has ****ed things up royally. Unless we offered huge fees which they simply can't refuse..... not sure I can see FSG doing that though without sacrificing someone.
It would be hilarious if RM or PSG offered £125m and we accepted. For once the club hold all the cards and everyone else can think or say what they want.
