Been brilliant since coming back, keep this up and then make his dream move and LFC fans will have no issues with him. Once he puts in the work this season and we get top dollar in the summer, everyone is happy. Sad to lose such a talent but just the way it is unfortunately.Comment

Without reading what Dan actually said, just the highlighted bit, I thought you carried the discussion over from the Henderson thread when I said about fans being miserable.

What i meant was Phil is going that is a foregone conclusion. He gives us one last good season fans appreciate his effort, he gets his move and we get big money.
Obviously we are a better team with him but he's too good for us and is right to want to play for a better team that have a chance of winning the biggest honours. Hard for us to accept but it's a harsh reality at LFCComment
