As he handed in a transfer request (summer) does that mean we get all the fee as well ?

We rejected it so he'll need to hand a new one in I think

We should be looking for £150m plus add ons IMO
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

This is a good point. We should make him hand one in to ensure he gets no part of the fee if he wants to go so much.

Everytime I see Kia Joorabchian's name, alarm bells start ringing. He clearly thinks he's the dogs bollocks so I hope the club tell them to do one with the offer.

As others have brought up in this thread, how many of our rivals do this ****? FFS, Spurs do a better job of holding on to their players.

And on spending, we supposedly had £150m to spend and used £70m of it on Salah and Ox. We just spent another £70m on VVD. But then we're about to wipe all that out with £150m for Coutinho. The only thing outstanding is our summer transfer of Keita. So I think my point still stands. We are being stingy compared to our rivals. And it's true in the wage side as well.
We also bought Robertson for £12m

Anyway all the above assumes we wont spend the Coutinho money on top of our spending

We wont sell for £105m plus £35m add ons

We await Barcelona's bid but unless its a ****ing massive first bid we wont accept it. Barcelona know that and Coutinho knows it

The journos are clearly being briefed but I think they are miles off regarding the fee we would accept
