On the first goal, that wasn't soley down to Agger; Johnson and Agger played them onside, and Carragher's scurry to get across and stop the cross was embarrassing. It's funny that if it's the likes of Enrique or Wisdom letting crosses come across the goal they get stick for it, but when Carragher is to slow to get across it's the defender in the middle that gets the stick.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

how romanticOriginally posted by Bender View Postwere so close to 4th yet were miles away
we are floating in the league, like a small fluffy cloud caught on a warm summers breeze
removing all the weak links makes us stronger
too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

Ok so he made a mistake. I still think he's a top keeper as some of the saves he pulled of against Arsenal last weeks shows. I'm still 100% behind him and hope we keep him for a few more years yet.Originally posted by kingfunk View PostIt pains me to say, but Reina has cost us big time this season. We need a new keeper.

Lol, still on your one man anti Carra crusade? Carra has been excellent for us this season when called upon, really really good, sure he lacks pace but anyone who can't see what he has added to our defence in the last couple of games simply HAS to be blinded by irrational preconceptions. Laughably ridiculous.Originally posted by BootRoom View PostI'm not arguing it was the wrong decision, just that we got punished to the maximum for it when the odds were in our favour that we could have got away with it.

Therefore I lied to please the mob.
Now all my lies are proved untrue
And I must face the men I slew.
What tale shall serve me here among
Mine angry and defrauded young?

his lack of pace seems to make many think [my self included]that he is a liability but he's been the opposite..........as you have said he has been brilliant when called upon and credit to himOriginally posted by MrMichael View PostLol, still on your one man anti Carra crusade?
