Spurs build up

I'm tempted to stick with the same team that beat Wigan last week but then I have to remind myself that Spurs are different gravy. It probably makes sense to bring Sturridge back and drop either Coutinho or Downing. Both players are on form but it'd be a risk if we go into the game with just Lucas and Gerrard as our midfielders so I'd prefer one of those to be sacrificed rather than a midfielder. A midfield trio of Lucas, Gerrard and Henderson is what I'd like to see.

Yeah i think Coutinho will be on the bench & will offer a real threat coming on for 20 min or so.

What I find remarkable is that everyone including Sky, spurs fans, etc, are convinced of a Pool win. Shows how well we're doing despite the unlucky results against top ten teams.

I'd play Sturridge up top, Suarez in the 10 and Coutinho/Gerrard either side. SUarez being in the 10 will scare the **** out of their holding mid.

Even the bookies have us clear favourites for this one.

We're playing very well at the minute but so are they, we'll need to make sure our back 4 + Lucas are on top form today to get a result. If Bale gets a run at Carragher and Agger we could be in trouble.

I'd never bet against us but found it interesting with William Hill we're 10/11 and if you back Tottenham or Draw you get the same odds. For a Spuds win it's 3/1
