    No Suarez. What's The Plan?

    My thoughts:

Daniel Sturridge, time to be the man. Borini, once healthy, needs to improve his game dramatically.

Philippe Coutinho moves into the hole.

We need to buy a true winger (Mkhitaryan), a CB (Williams) and another playmaking midfielder (Eriksen).

I expect, in 11 more domestic matches, for Luis to come on the pitch like the fresh man in a pro wrestling tag team match, absolutely on fire with a mission to destroy English football forever. He'll have my full support until the day I die. No one has been more hard done by in terms of injustice in the English league than he has, and I hope he ****ing kills it.

No doubt now in my mind we need another forward too. We cant properly build this team if we are limited from the start.

Luis needs to be our bonus player now.
    *Except Michael, who died.

Agree. 6 matches next year is about 16% of the season and 18 points in the table. Can't let that go begging. Big Andy sale should go toward a new striker; domestic pedigree required (Benteke?).

I am uncertain on how domestic cup competitions might be included, but here's hoping they come early and often.

Keep Carroll until near the end of the window so he can potentially play a few games for us before selling him just before the window shuts and Luis returns from his suspension?

Watch us now get the toughest opening 6 fixtures they could possibly give us

We need to tell Swansea where they can shove their £12m valuation of Williams ...other than that, it's good to have you posting again BrooklynRed.

Sturridge now has that opportunity to show why he wants to play through the middle and I think this chance has come too soon for Borini. It leaves us a little light upfront and I wonder if Rodgers will tinker around slightly in the upcoming fixtures.

Ban covers 5 league games and 1 league cup.

Pretty much up to the start of October.

                  HOW COULD IT FAIL?

But seriously, how do we compensate on the pitch?

We should be able to compensate. We're going to build on last summer's spending and knowing that he won't be available for 7 matches should allow us to plan ahead.
                    Are we winning?

If we do not qualify for Europe then it will hopefully be only 4 league games and 2 league cup games

                            well if suarez stays!

to the end of season it will be sturridge down the middle, with downing and coutinho either side and cover from sterling and borini

during the summer - we need to sign at least one/maybe two top centre halves, a left back, a top centre mid and another top forward player

the early games of next season with an extra midfielder in there and a new forward player - we should be ok until suarez is back.

If we sell suarez....we need to a) not sell him to another premier league team and b) get as much as we can (imo i have felt all year, that if a concrete £40m bid comes in from abroad he is gone)

we then need to sign the above positions i've mentioned and then somewhere, with that £40m - we have to go and find another striker to replace suarez.

either way it's going to be one long summer
i own everton fans on the internet....that's what i do

Yeah. I am wondering who can be a replacement if he goes. seriously. Who is coming to Liverpool with no European football? How can we possibly get someone of Suarez's class for the money, with league experience, etc etc. It makes more sense to take it like men and keep him. He can't be replaced; no one who could would likely come to us.
