I've never seen that in my entire life... and neither have any of the guys. Seriously, this fella has about 10 tickets so a lot of the people sitting around him would all be in trouble if that ever happened.

The reason people do it is because there's no succession on the tickets. When my Dad stops going to the match, I should be able to have his ticket transferred to me so it can stay in the family.

My aunt has a season ticket in the name of a bloke who died 10 years ago. She's never been checked. Just changed the address of the holder.

It's sad that people have to go to such lengths really. Maybe some non-ticket holders wouldn't agree but I think if you're a long-term ticket holder you should have a say in where your ticket goes after you. Even if they charged £50 for it, I'd pay to keep my Dad's season ticket but transfer it to my name and address.

          Telephone call
          Telling me
My old friend Graham had died
          I took a ride
          Down to where I
          Could be of assistance
          I said to his wife
          Don’t give in
          To grieving cliche and turn
          His side of the room
          Into a shrine
          It just doesn’t work
          My arm round her shoulder
          Gently I told her
Dead men don’t need season tickets
          Now that he’s gone
          You’re gonna need
A helping hand with the lawn
          Various chores
          Not least of all
          Those funeral arrangements
          If I were you
          I’d get myself
          Away from all that relates
          Week in The Lakes
          Reasonable rates
          Early September
          Now I’m no hotelier
          Just thought I’d tell yer
Dead men don’t need season tickets
          Maybe I’m forward
          Maybe I’m morbid
Dead men don’t need season tickets
Dead men don’t need season tickets

After being on the waiting list for 14 years, I'm now number 35 so will hopefully be getting the call next month.

Nice padded seat with cup holders and plenty of leg room near the half way line will do

#35?! ****ing hell, talk about playing the long game.

I think I've come down about 800 places in the last 12 months or something. My big plan was always that I'd get a season ticket when we moved to the new stadium but that's about as likely as Kelly Brook demanding that she sit on my face.

Blimey I would have thought they'd be pleased that people actually wanted to turn up and watch Fulham and it can't be that there's a shortage of season tickets. I'm listening to a radio advert for them as I type.
