Must be a specific reason, maybe someone close to him died or there was a row with Klopp, because I'm pretty sure he still rates him as a keeper. He keeps bangin on how he's for sure his #1, so it wouldn't make much sense to just drop him after 4 games, for Arsenal of all teams.

If we're changing our #1 after a few games for the second consecutive season without doing anything about it in the summer...

I mean... Maybe there's a certain tactical approach for today's game where Karius' playing style suits us so much better than Mig's, but other than that... Not even on the bench though.

Can only think that he must be being sold.

If there was a transfer in place, his people wouldn't go into the media telling everyone how pissed off and confused he is for being dropped, right?

Unless we just told him on the 26th of August to find himself another club.

You normally find that out though?

Could it just be the case that it's finally dawned on Klopp that Mignolet is ****e and can't be trusted? I know many are saying he's improved but he's really not a very good keeper. I know I'm a bore going on about it but he's ****ing crap, he's always been crap and always will be. He has no real element of his game where he has any strength. The same could be said for the likes of Lovren and Moreno, all three of them are ****e and not good enough for this club. Only thing I agree with is the timing isn't the best but no one knows what's happened. If he's lost someone close to him then it's understandable he's been dropped and you can't help but feel for him.

Something a miss here really. If he is not in the squad at all then there must be a problem, personal or otherwise there is a injury concern. Rotation would mean he would be on the bench. IMO.

Very very strange, seems like either transfer related or some injury/other problem we just havn't heard about yet...

Could be Klopp has told Mig he will be rotated and to expect to be on the bench on Sunday (today). Then he's gone to give Mig a hug only for Mig to wave him away and told him to f*** off.

                        Could just be handbags.

LOL Anything is possible.. but you might have a point there. Maybe we wasn't very happy about the situation and as a result he was dropped completely?
I am sure we will find out (possibly) in the pre-match interview.
