Reina was number one. Reina lost it—turned in his wings. Now Mig's number one. But he'd better remember one thing: if he screws up just this much, he'll be flying a cargo plane full of rubber dog **** out of Hong Kong!
A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

I think he'll never be no.1 choice, but maybe I'm wrong. It's a big step up for this lad, but he has some experience by now. it's interesting summer for now..

Can people stop ****ing bitching about this signing? I think it's fantastic that we've gotten someone that's close to Reina's quality and at a really good price too.

It's genuine competition which is good for Liverpool in terms of performance and covering our arses *if* Pepe leaves and it's good for our long term future as he's only 25 years old.

If Reina does leave then we have an international quality keeper and we only have to buy a back up as opposed to someone that needs to be top quality. That kind of situation means that prices get inflated and we get screwed over.

At least now there'll be no panic of having a backup keeper. We've got 2 top class ones fighting to start every week. Impressed at how we are conducting business picking up talented, young players who will form the present and the future of the club.

I've got a feeling of excitement going into this season

Excellent signing and a very good 'keeper.

Although it means Pepe will be off.

If he dreamt of playing as an outfield player he must be good with his feet.

Or it`s the reason he ended up in goal.
