Played well yesterday, bailed us out bigtime when Skrtel got done by the ball in behind and he saved from Diouf, the save from Bojan at the end was great too. But still, sign Cech!!

I'd be well up for signing Cech until the end of the season. We're no threat to Chelsea either now and could take points of City etc. so perhaps they'd be up for it? Definitely worth a try.

Whatever happened with Valdes? Has he trained with United? I haven't seen any pictures or anything.

Cech is a bit of a hate figure for me (especially after some of his arrogant comments before the Anfield league game between the two clubs last season) so I'd really not want us to sign him

Also we may not be a threat to them in the league this season but there's a chance of us being a threat in the Champions League, the FA Cup and even possibly the League Cup so I don't see this deal happening

We may as well stay with the Belgium wonder for the rest of this season and his high quality Australian understudy

If we're going to spend any money in January it has to be on a striker. That need trumps all else at the moment.

He's a genuine WC goalkeeper and there are very few of those around let alone potentially available.

Don't think Cech is the keeper he was, but he would be a massive, massive improvement on what we have..........and we're just **** enough for Mourinho to do business with us.
