Do you do trials for a loan? I just assumed it was a permanent transfer.

I see no reason why not, especially if you intend to pay a fee for the loan which seems to be increasingly common (or more reported).

New kid we brought in from WBA (same as Sinclair)

He has the same surname as my friend and she is from not too far from him (Wolves). I think it is a rare surname - I wonder if she is related to him...

Derby v Liverpool U18s



Harry Wilson netted twice as Liverpool U18s came from behind to beat Derby County 2-1 in their first outing of pre-season on Tuesday afternoon.

The Academy side played some fine football in scorching conditions and it was a really good work-out for the new-look squad.

The Rams took the lead but a slick passing move led to Wilson slotting home an equaliser.

Wilson then combined with Tom Brewitt before firing home the winner.

Liverpool U18s: Ryan Crump (Andrew Firth), Jack Alexander, Sam Hart (David Roberts), Dan Cleary, Kristof Polger (Tom Brewitt), Nathan Burke (Corey Whelan), Seyi Ojo (Ryan Kent), Connor Randall (Will Marsh), Jerome Sinclair (Louis Robles), Matthew Virtue (Harry Wilson), Alex O'Hanlon (Dharius Waldron).

The U18s are next in action on Tuesday, July 23 when they entertain Birmingham City in a behind closed doors friendly.
