Dont think we will see 10 changes. 6 or so of the younger players will get in, plus Cissoko.


We really need to take the League Cup as seriously as possible this season. A trophy is a trophy, and the sooner this lot get used to winning the better. Same with the FA cup.

i'd probably go with

Ming in goal
kelly/skterl/wisdom/cissokho - give them game time, they should be more than capable of dealing with their attack

midfield i'd consider resting lucas for allen but start gerrard and coutinho with the view of replacing them after 60 mins/3-0 up for Henderson and Alberto

for the front positions, i'd be looking at defo starting borini and one of ibe/sterling, with aspas as the other

I think it was excellent that you cleared that up Alex. After all who knew that the watermark in the bottom of the formation was actually the name of the website where you create them!
