I really felt they missed Rooney yesterday. They looked lost without him TBH.

Van Persie was so isolated and all of their wide players were awful. Giggs? Geriatric. Young? Woeful. Nani? A shambles. I think it was only the full backs that caused us problems, Evra started well but faded, and I thought Valencia was their main threat.

And although Sterling wasn't great when he came on, he did at least pin Valencia back towards the end of the game and stop him bombing forward. I thought that was very important as he seemed to be their main threat to me, he's so ****ing strong and quick!
