Thanjk you.

Yeah you're probably right mate (if by top teams you mean City and Chelsea).
However top four was the target before the season started and we're on course to achieve that. Given Arsenal's upcoming fixtures I could see us finishing third if we keep up this season's results.
Arsenal have impressed me greatly. Didn't fancy them at all and thought they would have faltered by now, but I think they are in the title race. City and Chelsea are definite title contenders.
Hoping for a sneaky finish in 3rd, as I still think the Moyesiah will nick the Champions League this season.
Pepe Mel would've settled into his job by the time we play West Brom, so that's just great for us. We need to beat Everton though. They've only lost twice, and I think a win against them will knock their confidence quite a bit. I hope Anfield is rocking for that.

They certainly are. Normally they are better 2nd half of the season and have players to come back. I think the top 3 now will be the top 3 at the end of the season but not necessarily in that order.

Arsenal have looked good but I think (hope) the Champions League games will have an effect on their Prem results.
It's great that come mid Jan we're not out of the title race yet, it's unlikely but if we can continue like we've been doing we will be in great shape for 4th.
Next weekend spurs play Everton so points will be dropped by one or both and if we can beat villa that will put pressure on both sides as they're playing on the Sunday

And Chelsea play united so we could put 8 points between us and those cunts.
Only hope we have of catching the top teams is if they are successful in Europe. We'll end up playing a lot less games than them and that will help. Think it's the reason we've been consistent this season, but I keep thinking, seeing how badly we've defended today, that we're not far away from dropping off.
Our defending is not an issue with our defenders solely. Think our shape is wrong when we don't have the ball. When we can't keep the ball we generally concede. Balance is not right yet.

Arsenal have had some injuries of late and I think they will start to get more draws and slipping down the table unless Wenger pulls out a couple of decent signings.

Still with City, Arsenal, Everton, Chavs and Spurs to come to Anfield. So we could potentially make a lot of points up in those games.

Yep, and when they're going at it with Bayern, Barca and co in midweek then having to do it in the league 3 days later. Big underdogs but we can defo do this. Got a shot at anything with this strike force, we've been to 10 of the top 13 and we can **** anyone at Anfield.
