Match of the Day showed them always looking for each other, in movement and in passes.
Shearer was again analising the partnership last night on MOTD, he was comparing it to him and Sutton.

Our own SAS looked good in parts again against Palace. It seems they are getting better, game by game.

More compared it to Sheringham cos the understanding is instinctive, not learned.

          Anyway, it's exciting. Very exciting.
          3rd place. Worst champions ever.

So far so good. Looks promising. I'll admit I was wrong a few months back when I said I didn't think they could play together. I'm still unsure what goes on in Suarez's head, he seems the type that if he feels wronged he'll stick to his guns. I still think he'll go at the end of the season whether we do well or not. He was convinced he should have been allowed to leave. If Madrid come sniffing its goodbye IMO. Lets hope for no further head rushes and he gives us a full season.

"They are both nine-and-a-halves" how does Rodgers come up with these

I hate the SAS reference. Probably SKY who coined it again? FFS.
                    Are we winning?

When will Sky come up with a suitable acronym for Man Utd's attack:

                      Wellbeck, Anderson, Nani, Kagawa

I don't like SAS for Suarez and Sturridge as it has been used before.

It sounds cheesy as hell but it makes sense to be fair. Neither are out and out 9s and neither are number 10s, but they're somewhere in between. Both like to drop off and roam, as well as taking up central positions and scoring loads of goals. It's ace. They're gonna be a great pair. Just hope Brendan retains the courage in his convictions re keeping them both right up front and not farming one of them out wide.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Yeah, I know what he means. IIRC he also called Suso a seven-and-three-quarters once, that kinda took the piss
