I still think we are going to have to win all our remaining fixtures to win the league. Highly unlikely. Look at the stats. When was the last time any team strung such a long run of victories together in one season?
Ok, well I'll rephrase, I don't come to this thread to talk about finishing 2nd or 3rd.

Personally I think we can afford one draw, which is still a massive ask and would be some run, but looking at our fixtures it's certainly achievable.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Why? What have Spurs done this season to instil such a reaction? They are especially rubbish under Sherpoo and have shown time and time again that against the top sides they crumble and concede bucket loads.

For that reason. They'll spawn a goal.

They fail to beat Man Utd on Tuesday and we beat Sunderland then they'll start feeling the heat. Arsenal at the Emirates is a totally different beast as well.

Then they'll only lose by 4.

And? Don't care if they score twice - their defence will ship 3/4 at Anfield. Atmosphere should be rocking for that game as well.

So no logic then. Just blind fear and panic.

There is no logic in football.

Of course there is. People were worrying about our trip to Old Toilet despite the fact that everything pointed to a win for us. We had a better side and were in better form therefore a victory was a logical conclusion. 3-0.

Foggy, what on earth are you doing in the football section?
                        Oh I don't know.

I want to display the graph on this page:

But I can't. Anyway, it shows that we have not been outside of fifth place all season, and was just once - after 18 games. The rest of the season, we have been in the top four, comfortably.

For the first half of the season, that was down to everyone being a bit rubbish with lots of odd results, but normal order has been restored for all the top teams.

Top 4 is going to tasty next season.

Chelsea have the easiest run in.

Man City have the biggest margin for error with those games in hand giving them the highest potential points total.

Not sure how it's possible to write off Arsenal yet say we don't need to win all our games? One slip from us and Arsenal could be level again.

Things could change with couple of surprise results, but at this point I still can't help but think we'd need a flawless run in to win it.

City could easily fritter away their advantage in the next 2 fixtures. Will be interesting to see where we all stand next Sunday evening.
