He's already won the the league in the most remarkable famous, he's had a few knocks this season. Guaranteed starter for Argentina in Brazil a few weeks away, I'd certainly be playing within myself to make sure I'm there.
I saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"
There's no water round here stupid, should have stayed where it was wet
But... The odds of any specific consecutive sequences happening increase the longer the sequence continues, and the number of permutations increases as a result.
Disco over on ST who is an expert at statistics due to his job had this to say during a similar discussion:
So in a way with every win the chances of us reaching 14 wins on the bounce shortens.
Obviously though football matches aren't tosses of a coin and matches are far more complex and rarely 50/50 affairs.
I think you're looking too much into this. Stats are just an observation/analysis of past events. Probability is a different thing. As dww said, every match is unrelated to previous ones. They're different events and bears no association whatsoever.

Er, noo.
If you study statistics, you study probability.
And we're talking about sequences of a series of events. Individually, they're individual events. But together they form a sequence.
Just realised that if we win 2 more points (1 if we take into our account our huge GD) then it's mathematically impossible for United to finish above us

Good extra incentive for us to win this weekend - when it's mathematically impossible for them to retain the title they have to lower and remove their 'Premier League Champions' flag that flies at Old Trafford.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’
