Already seeing people saying if we draw or lose tomorrow we're out of it. Winning all of our remaining games *guarantees* us the title, we don't necessarily need to win them all to win it. Everyone will drop more points. We could fail to win 3 of our remaining 7 and still win it. It will feel like a massive kick in the bollocks if we don't win tomorrow but it won't be over.

Complete jizzfest going on here.
It's now getting too bloody real. I dunno about the players but my nerves are starting to kick in.
Can't believe Chelsea have dropped points against 2 dross sides in their last 3 games. So not like Mourinho's sides to bottle it. Still won't write them off, but **** it makes it interesting.
And Arsenal

This is different though ... It feels rather surreal.
In the old days there was an expectation amongst us that we'd finish top of the pile and win it mostly every year. We were perennial favourites, the best team in the land over many years. It was normal service. You could turn on the radio at any point during a game and you'd hear 'Liverpool are dominating this game and its just a matter of time before they score' and then we did.
If we do it this year, it'll be the greatest league title triumph in our history as far as I'm concerned. Absolutely incredible to come from the position we were in on and off the field and finish top of the table this year.
I couldn't agree more.
Oh I don't know.

Imagine how ace it would be if our league win caused Maureen to be sacked, Everton pipped Arsenal for 4th and Wenger got the boot. Spuds finish 6th so United are totally out of Europe with no revenue. All in one season! Then Everton get next season off to a blistering stark by losing to MYPA 47 in the CL qualifying round
*prices up odds on Oddschecker*Football without Origi is nothing

I was hoping we would reach the top of the league with maybe 3 games to go, we win tomorrow and we are top dogs. Whatever BR says, the pressure will rise but I firmly believe Stevie will drive this team to our limits for the next seven games. Hold on to your seats, this **** just got real.

All teams have their brain fart moments. We've had so many more joyous moments than **** ones. Perfection is not possible, but yet we've got close to attaining it at times.Originally posted by Shaggy View PostI know everyone says it but it could and should be even better. We've won all of our last 7 and won 8 of our last 9. The one we didn't win was West Brom....Kolo's absolute gift. Everyone can point to dropped points but rarely can they point to just outright gifting a goal like that. Imagine, just imagine if those two dropped, gifted points wind up costing us.
So if we lose the league, think about the 90 odd goals we did score rather than the one goal we gifted.
This team is giving everything it's got. Now is not the time for looking at escaped goats. Every successful team has had them at some time.Oh I don't know.
