Plenty thought it was fate/destiny in 05 too but I'm pretty sure even the most optimistic of those thought it was gone at half time in Istanbul. Just like there was then, there's more than enough football to be played for things to swing again. They'll be more than enough time to rue events when it actually is over and we haven't won it if that happens but until then I'm a firm believer that 5pm next Sunday will see us as league Champions.

There is one thing I'm pissed off at though. Over the course of an 11 game winning streak we still didn't open up a gap for ourselves and ease the pressure,****ers kept nibbling at our heels.Everyone of those games was must win. Any other season that sort of a run see's you win the title win a few games to spare.

The reason for that was the fact we were 6 points behind City and Chelsea when we started that winning run (and 8 points behind Arsenal would you believe ).

Had we started the 11 game winning streak in the lead we would almost certainly have had it sewn up by now.
