i've made peace with it now - i was low after chelsea but still had hope. After palace it was complete disaster and devastation. Still can't believe that happened.
but after a few days and then last nights result, i've got over it.
win on sunday to finish 2nd. A couple points behind city. scored 100 goals plus. One hell of a season and we've taken it to the last day and still have a slight chance.

It's comforting in a bizarre way to know that Palace comeback probably didn't make any difference anyway. City were always going to win their last two games.

The problem is, city will go and spend another 100m to ensure it isn't this close next year, we will spend 50m to try and compete in the CL and mount enough of a challenge to stay competitive.Those that hid Anne Frank were breaking the law.

Already look like adding Fernando and Mangala from Porto which will be rather handy for them. Problem is how they hell are going to meet the squad restrictions for the CL. 8 English or academy-sourced players seems some way off for them. Some really good players at City might well fear being locked out the CL squad and will want out this summer. Might hurt their overall depth.Comment
