We're not though are we... If you want to put it like that then we're still closer to relegation form than CL form (over the last 6).

Rogers is completely unproven at this level, has had a very hit and miss career, and many would argue that his success at Swansea came from the foundations and philosophies laid down by Martinez. Laudrup came along and improved that side in his first season, winning their first piece of silverware and taking them into Europe.

He makes a habit of making very mediocre purchases, the players he's apparently missed out on have also been very poor. He did very well with Coutinho, Mignolet and Sturridge, but on the whole I've been uninspired. Letting Carroll leave without a replacement was an idiotic mistake. I'm really not impressed with the last round of transfers either, Sakho, Cissoko, Aspas, Ilori and Alberto is a massive sum and not one of them is anywhere near world class. Sakho is the only one there who I feel has potential, but he's too prone to making mistakes imo.

Then we have the younger players like Sterling who's regressing at a rate of knots as is Allen and Kelly, and the talented Suso has been sent out on loan, which may prove to be a good move but at the moment I think we'd be stronger with him here, learning from the likes of Coutinho.

I've seen nothing from him to inspire confidence.

10th in the form table (joint 7th) is no more relegation form than it is championship winning. Please stop making this claim as it is wrong at best, disingenuous at worst, and unnecessary to your wider point. In any case, 6 games is but a very small slice of a season, and were it not for one terrible result on Sunday our form over that period wouldn't look so bad at all, especially when combined with such a strong start to the season.
Over the last 6 games, not since Utd, I give you that.

But it was one terrible result on Sunday? If my Auntie had a cock she's be my Uncle.

And if we had fewer points we wouldn't be in the top 4 right now.

How have you managed to survive the past few seasons without topping yourself?
        Oh I don't know.

Missed the game as on my UEFA B course and only just had chance to watch the goals.
1st one is Lucas' fault, doesn't go with Livermore in the 1-2, follows the ball which is what U14's do.
2nd and 3rd was Strtel, Toure has a clear header for the 2nd, Skrtel smashes into him so it only goes a couple of yards, 3rd goal is obvious, he knows where he is through the markings on the pitch yet throws himself at a shot going at least 5 yards wide.

Clueless, inept and amateur from both of them.
The King was back for a short while. Long live The King.

He shouldn't even be where he is for the third one, it's Toure's side and yet Skrtel is further to the right than Kolo.

Kolo and Skrtel were both abysmal in this game. **** knows what Parry was watching when he kept praising Skrtel

Skrtel has no positional discipline. He never has. He just runs about all over the place and everyone gets pulled to wrong positions trying to cover. It's why Carragher came in and why we defended a bit better in the 2nd half of last season.

Kolo. ****ing hell. He was having a lay down for their 3rd goal
