This game is all of a sudden a huge one. We can effectively rule the scum out of the race for fourth getting 9 points ahead and a much much better goal difference. Spurs can also go further behind, and the same applies with goal difference there.

If we win, then it's all of a sudden a Merseyside race for fourth. Who would have thought Everton would be our main rivals come February at the start of the season? I keep telling myself they wil slip up, not be a problem, but the longer the season goes and they havn't the more doubt I get about it...

We stand a good chance of winning today, WBA are not particularly good - but we have slipped up before at these type of games.

Aye, I'd say 9 points + a GD of + 19 over them at the moment would be too much for them to claw back with 14 games to go.

Spurs and Everton are still close but they've got to play each other next weekend as well which is good for us especially with us playing Arsenal before them that weekend.

I know what you mean but this season I'd say we've shown a bit more steel and have taken advantage most of the time when the teams around us have slipped up.

Great opportunity for us to really separate ourselves from our closest rivals for the final CL spot.

Worry about out defence and lack of a DM but SAS is in such form that we should score more than WBA today.
